The Four Styles...

"It's Worth the risk to go ahead and decide."

In- Charge - This style's presence and sense of composure gives others a sense of confidence that "This person knows what they are doing. They have it all together."

"It's worth the effort to think ahead to reach the goal."

Chart-The Course - This style want others to know what the plan is so they often begin their communications by sharing or getting information.

"It's worth the energy to involve everyone and get them to want to..."

Get- Things-Going - This style attempts to get people interested and may give a lot of information. They like making it possible for  for people to do more together than they can do individually.

"It's worth the time to integrate and reconcile many inputs."

Behind - The -Scenes  - This style can appear quiet and friendly, approachable and unassuming. They tend to quietly influence and want others to 'want' to do something.
